Terms of Service & Data Retention Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (software, documents, and profile data), all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been transmitted or a key has been generated, it cannot be "returned."
Exceptions: If a profile fails our internal SafeScan validation upon delivery, or if a software key is proven invalid due to server error, a Replacement will be issued immediately. No cash refunds.
We operate on a strict 24-Hour Data Purge Cycle. All client information submitted for document generation or profile creation is stored on an encrypted, temporary server. Exactly 24 hours after order fulfillment, your data is permanently wiped from our systems to ensure client privacy and security.
The services provided by Big Al's Workshop, including document templates and secondary credit numbers (CPNs), are intended for
novelty, theatrical, educational, and privacy protection purposes only.
The user assumes full responsibility for the ethical and legal use of these materials. We do not condone the use of our services
for fraudulent applications, tax evasion, or avoiding legitimate debts. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify Big Al's Workshop from any legal liability arising from your use of the products.

> Documents: 1-2 Hours (Manual Generation).
> Profiles: 24-48 Hours (To allow public record propagation).
> Physical Items: Shipped via Priority Mail within 2 business days.
